Throughout our many years in the business, we’ve managed developments ranging in size from three to three hundred strata lots.

We understand that a consistently well maintained property will help retain its value. One vital tool in keeping properties looking good is being able to act on maintenance issues quickly. 

If you or a resident spots a problem like a reticulation system not working,accidental building damage or a broken light, simply log in to our 24 hour a day, 7 days a week maintenance website and report it.

Our dedicated Maintenance Manager will get on to it right away and you will also be able to monitor the progress of the maintenance request until it has been completed.

Our latest service Realmark Concierge-Plus, a first for WA, offers owners an affordable 5-star hospitality level of service for Strata properties. Realmark Concierge-plus delivers an efficient and cost-effective range of services such as maintenance, cleaning, waste management, gardening and facilities management.

Common areas such as foyers, elevators, pools, gyms, BBQ areas, outdoor spaces, carparks, windows and waste disposal areas are professionally and safely maintained on a daily basis by highly trained and fully accredited caretaking and maintenance staff, to the same high standard you expect to find every day in a quality hotel.
